History of the Balkans Through the Lens of the Hoover Institution Library and Archives Collection

On March 28, 2026, Ognjen Kovacevic from Stanford University held a lecture at the FSBS Cultural Center in Colma.

His lecture presented the most interesting collections related to the Balkans in the Hoover Institute's collections, the individuals who left a significant mark and played key roles in attracting them to Hoover, and present selected examples of the most compelling and significant sources to illustrate the richness of these materials.

The lecture was well attended by members and guests. A reception was held after the lecture in the Cemetery daca room.
